Some parts of the Services allow you to interact with other users. When you participate in these features, the information that you provide will be available to other users and/or the general public.

Digital Advertising and Analytics

We may partner with third parties that serve ads on behalf of us and others on or via non-affiliated platforms (“Advertising Providers”). Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Services and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

These services gather website usage information and may be combined with other data we collect about a user’s visit to our site. International Visitors

RocketBrain Games does not currently offer its Services in, or support user accounts from, Switzerland, the UK and countries in the European Economic Area. Users from other countries should note that RocketBrain Games collects, processes and stores information in the United States. By using our Services from locations outside of the United States, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and the collection and processing of such personal information in the United States. The laws pertaining to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information in the United States may vary from those in other countries and may be less stringent than the applicable laws in your state or country.

Retention

We will process and store your information as long as needed to achieve the purpose of the storage, or as permitted by law. Specifically, we will retain user information as long as the individual remains a user with an open account. After a user account is closed, user information will be retained for up to five years after closure of the account. After expiration of that period, the corresponding information is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for record-keeping, contracting, or other legal compliance purposes.
