Turn Order
Initially, player turn order is assigned randomly. There is a slight disadvantage to going first, so players earlier in the turn order start with slightly more money than players later in the turn order.
For every subsequent round, player turn order is recalculated at the end of the Reset Phase, using the following criteria:
- Player with highest total route operating profit goes first. If there is a tie, then:
- Player with the most gates controlled. If tied, then:
- Player with the most net profit (total route operating profit - total gate maintenance cost). If tied, then:
- Player with the most cash on hand. If tied, then:
- Original player turn order.
